When will my order ship?

Shipping times may vary but are usually within 2-4 business days.  You will be provided a tracking number once your order ships.

When you place an order, we will provide the shipping cost to you based on the size and weight of your order.  We typically ship with USPS or UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at this time we only ship to addresses located within the United States.

Can I return my hori hori knife order?

Feel good about the purchase you've made from us!  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How do I care for my gardening knife?

To care for your hori hori knife, clean and dry it thoroughly after each use to prevent rust, sharpen it as needed, and store it in a dry place with its sheath. We like to suggest a nice lubricant on the blade every month or so such as camellia oil which is a food grade, non toxic oil. We have a nice kit here.
